CHEMICAL STORAGE AND FEED SYSTEMS

BCSI provides chemical storage and feed systems for the industrial and municipal markets. Typical silo systems handle products such as lime (pebble and hydrate), soda ash, MgO, carbon and Trona. These systems vary in capacity from 10 tons to 150 tons. All silos are basically for storage, however the discharge from the silo can vary. Typical systems include, lime slurry makedown systems, dry mechanical feeding, pneumatic conveying, slaker systems (slurry, retention, ball mill), and various pumping and feeding of slurries.
