SO2 AND SO3 MITIGATION SYSTEMS
Bulk Conveyor Specialist, Inc is a leader in SO2 and SO3 mitigation. We have been doing testing for power companies, light weight aggregates plants and waste to energy plants for over 7 years.
BCSI has 4 test trailers ready to run full scale testing with Trona, Sodium Bicarbonate and lime to show and guarantee removals and removal rates in full scale, permanent systems.
BCSI has worked with hot side ESP’s, cold side ESP’s, baghouse systems, scrubbers and plants without scrubbers. We will help to define proper injection locations, proper sorbents, as well as quantity of material required to minimize usage and maximize mitigation.
We are presently constructing 4 full scales systems for SO2 removal using Trona. We have run long term testing with Trona and lime, 6 months and longer, keeping plants in compliance with temporary systems.
With complete in house engineering and complete fabrication facilities, our staff is competent to design and construct a permanent system as equipment only or a turnkey system.
